Streamers United and its affiliated products (OmniTrade and Omni.fun) decentralized applications (DAPPs) are designed to allow users to create, deploy, and trade tokens on the blockchain. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Creation: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, including, but not limited to, anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws.
Prohibited Activities: Users must not use our services for any unlawful or malicious activities, including the creation or deployment of tokens intended for illegal purposes, fraud, or other malicious acts.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

No Liability for Malicious Activity: Streamers United, its owners, officers, or affiliated companies are not liable for any malicious activity stemming from the use of our services. Users are solely responsible for the security and legality of their actions while using the platforms.
No Warranty: Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamers United, its owners, officers, or affiliated companies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Streamers United and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Streamers United and its licensors.
User Content: By posting content to our platforms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the service.

6. Termination

Streamers United reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
